  • Received 2 years of subspecialty training in diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology at the national neurocenter in Ireland (1995/1996 and 2006/2007)
  • First Neuroradiologist in the Kingdom of Bahrain
  • Past chairperson of department of radiology at Salmaniya Medical Complex
  • Past Deputy Chief of medical staff at Salmaniya Medical Complex
  • First to establish complete neuroimaging services in Bahrain with subspecialized reporting of CT and MRIs of the brain and spinal cord
